Kendall & Haley Higgins

​

With a lifelong dedication to equine care and management, Kendall and Haley bring a wealth of experience to the equestrian field. As current members of the Tarleton State University Stock Horse Team, they contribute their extensive knowledge to the competitive arena while also serving as Security Officers for the Alpha and Omega Mounted Patrol.

​

Their expertise spans a diverse range of disciplines, including hunter jumpers, drill team, western pleasure, and halter. Presently, their focus is primarily on ranch riding, where they apply their skills to enhance equine performance and training.

​

At Higgins Horse Ranch, Kendall and Haley have a training program that emphasizes foundational ground work, desensitization, and under-saddle training. 

​

They are at the forefront of equine education, producing instructional videos that cover topics such as horse care, management, and training. Their commitment extends beyond education, as they actively engage with the youth involved in 4H programs, providing them with valuable projects and opportunities for growth in the field of equine sciences and the passion of horses.

Looking ahead, Haley is starting the Higgins Horse Ranch breeding program in the spring of 2025. This initiative will concentrate on producing top-quality ranch APHA horses. We invite you to follow our journey and anticipate the arrival of our first foal!
